Special Needs Entrée Alkalizing® is a balanced diet formulated to meet the requirements of senior or overweight dogs. Special Needs Entrée Alkalizing® provides the necessary nutrition to keep your pet healthy and is ideal for dogs with sensitive digestive tracts.
Health: Special Needs Entrée Alkalizing® is limited ingredient holistic diet that uses the highest quality protein and a single beneficial complex carbohydrate. Canine Caviar recommends protein rotation with the Canine Caviar line of foods; which gives your pet a different amino acid profile and helps maintain a healthy immune system. Canine Caviar offers a variety of proteins in dry, canned, and treats that your dog will love.
Ingredients: Whole Ground Oats, Dehydrated Trout, Fermented Yeast, Whole Ground Sunflower Seeds, Sunflower Oil, Whole Ground Flax Seed, Alfalfa Concentrate, Calcium Carbonate, Sun-Cured Kelp, Algae Oil, Taurine, Sodium Chloride, Choline Chloride, Fructooligosaccharide, Peppermint, Parsley, Papaya, Rose Hips, Beta-Carotene, Folic Acid.
Guaranteed Analysis: Crude Protein 20% min., Crude Fat 8% min., Crude Fiber 3.5% max., Moisture 10% max., Calcium .9% min., Phosphorous .8% min., Taurine .1% min., Omega-3 1% min., Omega-6 1.2% min.
Note: The food may be moistened with water to add extra flavor. The feeding portions may vary according to age, breed, activity level and environment. Adjust accordingly to help maintain optimal body condition. Overfeeding may cause loose stools. Always have plenty of fresh water available. Keep food in the bag, even if using a container and store in a cool dry place for optimum freshness.
Frequency: To get the best results, it is important to feed properly. Your dog should eat 1/2 of the daily portion in the morning and 1/2 in the evening.
Transition: Do not mix with your current food. We recommend a straight changeover to Canine Caviar, feeding ½ the recommended amount for the first day.
